“Byline Bank has been working with Mindsight for over 10 years. Their engineers are an extension of our IT team. They are highly skillful and highly technical.”
“The Mindsight team serves as a wonderful partner for the district. The team proactively communicates and works around the clock to keep the district up and running with little to no interruptions in our everyday operations.”
“The Mindsight team is great. They have been our MSP for almost a decade. They keep current with industry best practices, but don't simply chase fads. The result has been a stable system that our employees understand and use efficiently.
Mindsight works hard to prevent problems in the first place and responds quickly when prevention isn't an option. Their proactive approach to things has likely saved us much grief over the years.
They keep us informed of risks and opportunities in our system. This helps us spend funds wisely. We're constantly updating and improving, but it never feels like we're overspending.
In summary, Mindsight gives us exactly what we need; a safe, reliable, and cost-effective system.”Some reviews reflect feedback from companies previously acquired by Tusker, and the original company names may have been updated to reflect the new ownership.
“The person that assisted me this morning was fantastic. She quickly resolved my issue and then asked follow-up questions to make sure everything was working correctly again. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!” Read More
