When we have an issue, we know that we can talk to someone that understands the problem. We can call them anytime to get help with an existing problem or to implement something new. When we needed a server upgrade – the way Direct Tec worked with us and our vendors was great!
Direct Tec takes full accountability to ensure our IT is running smoothly and with liaison with our providers and software companies where necessary to solve a problem.
We value the reliability and response time that we receive from Direct Tec as well as the transparency of the process.Our server crashed on a Friday and Direct Tec rebuilt it on the weekend and we were back for business on the following Monday.
