“Urban Network took over our previous provider and from day we had issues which were fixed for a fee, then the fees went up. Out of the blue our website was not showing the automated updated images which are normally twice a day. Urban Network take ages to respond from their call centre and if they ever get back to you there was always a fee even though there was no issues as it coincidently kept stopping the feed when it never happened in previous web hosting suppliers. After the third time we have left them for another provider. Been a week since we gave notice and told them all the issues and still no response.”
