Our previous support company was too large and impersonal. IT365 provides an immediate, personal service which suits us better. They are literally ‘at our beck and call’. For us, the main benefit of dealing with IT365 is that we know professional support is at the end of the phone. Usually the problem can be fixed remotely, so there’s no downtime, but if necessary they will come in to deal with major issues. The service is quick and efficient.
We don’t have people in-house to deal with technical issues, so if there’s a major problem, like a server going down, we want someone to take over and solve it, quickly and cost-effectively. We don’t have the time.
The proactive health check is excellent for us. We need to have confidence that our network is working efficiently. IT365 give us a monthly report on the overall health of the system, so issues are spotted before they cause a problem. They also keep us up to date with anti-virus security and what we need to do to protect the system. We can just get on with our business.
