Our backend system had become so huge and was a real issue for us, Probado alerted us to the problem and helped us resolve the issue through the installation.
In the early days after the installation we used the Helpdesk a lot. It really helps speaking to the same people who know your set-up and take the time to explain in plain English. They were really open with good communication, telling me everything I needed to know.
I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They would be my first choice every time.We have a partner in Probado not just a supplier, they have delivered and are happy to go the extra mile to support our business.
Whilst we understood the potential benefits of datacentres, we were happy to utilise our existing servers which Probado configured to maximise their availability in a failover scenario along with power and network resilience. Throughout our discussions Probado advised on options but where never prescriptive or patronising with jargon.
Probado took time to understand our aims, timescales and importantly budgets, to implement a system that meets the practices needs.Both directors Gordon and Martin came to visit the practice and spent time to get to know our IT system and the people in the business. The thing I liked most was that you could to talk to Probado and you weren’t given technical jargon – they treated you personally and were very approachable.
I found Probado’s approach refreshing and personable. Probado clearly know their subject, they are easy to talk to, with no jargon and provide great customer service. They think about future proofing when choosing the right system – not just choosing for the now.
We use Probado’s Helpdesk a lot and I like the fact you can look back at your service history and see things have been dealt with. I find the Helpdesk are always very polite and they get information to you very quickly and efficiently.Probado was recommended to Acorn by another charity in our region since they had an excellent understanding of multi-site organisations working with vulnerable people.
Martin, Gordon and Jonathan have provided excellent support – they respond quickly if we need them, we feel really reassured that we’re working with providers who treat us personally and are looking after us as an organisation.
I was really impressed with the IT system, it was one of the things that worried me when I started but it compares easily with much more expensive and sophisticated systems. Maintaining data securely off-site means that we can always access it. Our staff share information more effectively and as a result we’re running a more efficient and cost-effective organisation.
