At the outset, we agreed a pricing structure which provided for an upgrade in support and expertise, and whilst we’ve paid a premium for this, there are no hidden extras. Grant McGregor will always exceed expectations and deal with any query (no matter how seemingly ridiculous – and there have probably been a few in our time) in a quick and sympathetic manner giving real value-for-money. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Grant McGregor and look forward to many more years of much valued and appreciated support from them.

Dealing with IT issues became such a prominent part of our working week, I decided to explore the options within the market to find an IT provider that could deliver a reliable, honest service. Following a detailed research process Grant McGregor (GM) was selected, without doubt operating at a different level from the other providers we assessed.
Your team was able to unravel very quickly the noise and nonsense that our previous IT provider had spun regarding virus protection & backups. Your USP is that you operate differently from the norm to provide an enhanced service yet at a very reasonable cost. You take care in the details of your work and provide appropriate & realistic solutions.

GM were already experienced in cloud technologies like Office 365 for email and file storage using SharePoint but they also understood what we wanted to achieve and, more importantly, why. Our existing server was old & increasingly unreliable – as was our internet – so we had a pressing need to sort our IT quickly. However, recognising that we would need our ‘non-techy’ staff to get comfortable with using new cloud IT, they created a clear, phased plan to move us over beginning with email.
Some of our staff still didn’t really understand how they would use this new cloud system with their files. So, GM organised a very helpful training session with us all to demystify everything about moving to and using Office 365.
There were the inevitable few hiccups to start with but they worked patiently with us to ensure everything ran smoothly. Since then, GM helped to seamlessly orchestrate all of the complex IT, telecoms & internet aspects of our office move to Drumsheugh with new cabling, PCs and other IT systems improvements.
Their help was extensive with excellent project management shown by the GM team working alongside ours. Grant McGregor has offered us a really personal service and we’ve constantly found them to be responsive & to be on-hand immediately when any IT hiccups or problems do arise.
