Node IT have always offered us a service that is efficient, speedy and value for money. They are responsive and I know that we are totally safe in their hands.
We were looking to upgrade our systems and Node IT fitted the bill for all of our requirements. They migrated us to Office 365, which has enabled us to share documents and work collaboratively from multiple locations, and they are always there when we need them. The peace of mind from having a local company that will support us in all situations is invaluable.
We have been working with Node IT for over seven years and couldn’t wish for better IT Partners! As a Care Home it’s very important for us to feel completely relaxed with any of our partners and Node IT have certainly have become “part of the family” as far as our patients and staff are concerned. We have an IT Suite for the patients and they have provided us with amazing support during recent projects to upgrade our infrastructure and install Wi-Fi across the entire building. Node IT have been working alongside us 100% through our period of business expansion. Requiring an infrastructure that supported staff over three sites, not just one, Node IT worked tirelessly to migrate us to our new IT systems.
