As a company that deals with visuals and artwork programs for our customers it is vital that our I.T Communications are at their peak and up to date.
Having our systems healthy and running smoothly is vital to our business as in most businesses today everything is computerized. Having experienced a serious melt down with an out of date system Peter and his team were on hand with in a few hours to help and fix the problem. He went through everything with us and guided us through the various versions of software that were the best for our needs.
Within a few hours we were up and running again and within a few days we had a new up to date system. Any time I need them they are on the other end of the phone or computer guiding, helping and fixing. The response time and efficiency is professional and speedy.
I have already recommended Techure to friends and business acquaintances and will continue to do so in the future.My first dealings with Techsure were when I started up my own business and they installed a backup system for me in case the unthinkable happened.
Just over 3 months down the line on Monday night the "Unthinkable" did happen, my whole hard-drive wiped itself completely, deleting everything.
As I am in the payroll business, getting back up and running immediately was a must as bank deadlines were Wednesday morning. Techsure were out to me first thing Tuesday morning and had a PC working temporarily for me by 12 noon. By Thursday we had a new PC installed and all my information back up on it as normal.
Without Techsure's quick response I would have certainly lost some clients. Their professional and friendly service is a credit to them.
