We have always received prompt and courteous service from the technicians and support staff.Intelice is a competitive advantage to us. They delivered us a solution that sets us apart from our competitors. I think Intelice is handling that pressure beautifully. They know how to grow and develop with technology and their clients.
We have over 80 projects and need separate accounting technology for each. I started eight years ago, and they had just changed from an old provider who completely messed up the install. Intelice was able to get on scene quickly and correct the issues.
I would recommend Intelice. I have recently moved to a new company, and I am hoping I can upgrade their system and use Intelice as our IT support partner.We reached out to Intelice Solutions because they had performed some previous networking work for us when we moved into a new office. We needed a fast solution for this problem, and from our previous experience with Intelice, we knew that their team would come through.
Since working with Intelice, our management team isn’t interrupted when someone’s laptop is doing something weird. Additionally, I don’t have to hear second or third-hand that someone’s laptop has been unusable for months, with nothing being done about it. Now we have someone we can turn to 24-7 to get things fixed fast!
