What we now have are people managing the whole function for us, what we don’t have to worry about are printers going offline, engineers will come out and maintain the printers, even if they’re working perfectly well they still come on planned maintenance visits. The key thing we were looking for in our outsourcing partner was actually just somebody that we could rely on, and I think in Midshire we’ve found that partner, the one that we can trust.
As you can imagine, when you print hundreds of documents on a basic printer you run into problems. We needed a solution that could support the runs we were doing, and I can say from the bottom of my heart that Midshire’s products are amazing. They do exactly what you need and want, a genuine breath of fresh air.
On the rare occasion that there’s a technical problem, Midshire are a phone call away, they send someone out the very same day! Their service is 10/10, I can’t recommend them highly enough!The reason we chose Midshire, and would look no further if we needed additional equipment is because I like relationships with people. I like to be able to know the people that I’m dealing with and having that human contact. I know I have one place to call when I have a problem, and that really works for us. I know that Curtis is just a phone call away.
Midshire have been our managed print service provider for quite some time now, and a good service, in my opinion comes when you don’t even have to think about or worry about it. For example, Midshire come out on planned visits to maintain the machine to prevent it from breaking down, so we don’t have to worry about it, that’s a good service. When the time came to renew our contract, we got some outside quotes to see if Midshire was still the best value for money, and after a bit of contact with some external companies it just reaffirmed what we already knew, that Midshire really is the best.
