If you're looking for superior I.T. support, look no further. I've worked at several companies and I.T. "support" usually consisted of "well, have you tried restarting," and a very dismissive attitude. That is simply not the case with KC Managed IT. Their team is empathetic, professional and quick to respond. I have never worked with a finer team of I.T. support professionals.
We have been using Kansas City Managed IT at Free State Growers for over a year and have been pleased with their fast response time and knowledge base to solve problems. After our company went through a tornado this past May, they were on the scene the next day to remove our servers and other computers to get them analyzed. Although our offices were destroyed KCMIT were able to get our servers back up and running with almost no data loss!
