Our server uptime is critical which meant that the maintenance needed to be done quickly and correctly. I was amazed at the efficiency and thorough job Cameron was able to accomplish the task. His communication throughout the process was spot on letting us know what to expect as far as downtime. He actually completed everything ahead of schedule and was able to get the servers back online earlier than estimated.
I wanted to touch base and thank Globalquest for the great work and quick response you did at our office to get us up and running within an hour time. You were able to pin point the problem quickly when you arrived and then worked backwards to solve it very efficiently and professionally.
