Josh and his team have been so wonderful to me and my company for years. They are trustworthy, honest, and quick to respond. I love that I deal with the same Tech who knows me and my company well. Very rarely, if they can't help me right away, another tech can assist me quickly. I trust their guidance 100%! I have asked for opinions on what to buy (computers, software, etc.) and CTTS is not pushy. Many times, they were able to find me free software that worked great for my needs.

It is nice to be able to call with a problem and have someone remotely log into our computers and fix the problem. This saves a lot of time. I would recommend CTTS to others. Time is valuable, and CTTS takes care of us in a timely manner whether it's fixing problems or providing quotes so we can make decisions quickly. I was also impressed by the way CTTS handled the virus we got last summer. All of our data was backed up and our losses were minimized due to the tools CTTS had put in place to prepare for such an attack. After the attack CTTS helped us add new tools to prevent future attacks and since then we have not had any issues.
