We’ve been approached by many other IT support companies, but we’ve never been tempted to move anywhere else. Whilst technology has opened up a world of opportunity for every type of business, holding the right relationships with your suppliers is still equally as important. After all, people still do business with people.
Cosurica has a long standing team who really care about what they do. The people at our previous provider had limited people and social skills and spoke in technical language that we couldn’t understand. With Cosurica it’s a much more human experience and they take a genuine interest in our business. In the next five years we’re going to see an increased demand for our services and it’s reassuring to know we have an IT company that we can truly depend on to give us whatever we need, whenever we need it.
It’s with confidence that I can say that Cosurica did an excellent job. It genuinely felt as if Cosurica were working with us to achieve a positive outcome, which is not something I’ve felt before when using other consultants. Normally, it’s been a case of ‘No, that’s out of project scope’ when we’ve had to make adaptions, but Cosurica were happy to go and above and beyond for us, delivering a result that the whole company were really happy with, on time and within budget.
We continue to use Cosurica because of the personalised care we receive. They know the organisation really well and have gained the kind of background knowledge that would take another provider months or even years to learn. They’re highly responsive and adaptable and that’s just what we need, especially when it comes to making tactical changes that have to be implemented quickly.
Cosurica’s extensive knowledge and remote support and infrastructure management services ensure we’re fully supported, yet their elasticity and that of Office 365 and Azure, ensures services can be scaled up and down as needed, so costs are easier to manage. This would not be possible with a small internal IT department and, although we could use contractors for project work they wouldn’t provide the continuity of service that we have come to expect and rely upon. I see our partnership continuing to thrive over the many busy years ahead.
Whilst being out in the sticks used to come with its challenges, advancing technology means there are now fewer barriers to operating a successful rural business. Having the right IT Support partner has been critical to our business and I hope Cosurica will continue to support us as we build our own ‘rural future’.
Throughout our trusted seven year relationship, we’ve come to depend on Cosurica to keep us on top of developing technology. We are very careful with how we invest money, but Cosurica has lent us products such as the Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Laptop, so we can test them out in the field before we decide to buy. They’ve always been very helpful in ensuring we make the right IT purchases. That, in combination with their responsiveness and personal service, means we’d never look to move our IT support elsewhere.
