We wanted a good, reliable and local company to carry out networking jobs for us. Kalamazoo IT was ideally located – if we had a problem, within an hour or so, Kalamazoo could have someone with the right skills and knowledge to resolve the problem right there and then.
Over the six years that we have worked with Kalamazoo IT, its trained staff and ability to always be on top of our requirements means that we are more than happy with the services we receive from them. Our existing relationship is one that we see continuing – their expertise and flexibility has been invaluable, particularly when we have been as busy as recently.We’re really pleased with our new managed print solution. Our printers are much quicker and quieter than previous models, and they give us the output quality that we wanted. Any call-outs are responded to in a timely and professional manner, and we are happy with our investment.
The project was delivered in just 16 weeks – nearly one month ahead of schedule – and, despite being completed more quickly than planned, we have already seen a significant drop in the level of hardware and software issues related to front-counter chip-and-pin devices, and an increase in productivity.
I've been a customer of Kalamazoo under their former guise of ITS when they were part of Reynolds. They provided hardware break/fix support for our Lenovo laptops, as well a warranty repairs along with a "Hands on Site" service for our more geographically challenging sites, where it wasn't feasible for us to get internal staff there quickly. They've always been efficient and customer focused. The staff at Head Office that I've dealt with are really personable and take time to get to know you, so a visit to them isn't all business. I'm looking forward to working with them as Kalamazoo!
Having switched break fix providers to Kalamazoo, I have been very impressed. It has been great also to work on collaborative innovation that will allow us to give new offerings to our customers that will deliver a great experience, the managed print service and idea to track engineers are certainly appealing. It is really easy working with the account management team of this company, nothing is too much trouble.
Now that we have on-site and remote backup, we are confident that our data can be recovered quickly, while our IT team can focus on core business and strategic projects. Kalamazoo IT really is helping us to keep the lights on 24/7 – they managed the whole process, they understand our business requirements and ensured these were met.
