We changed IT service providers when we were fed up with the kind of support we were getting. All the IT companies claimed the same thing: you will be more than happy with what we can do for you and the amount of money you will save. The truth was the cost we paid every month exceeded what we were promised. It seemed like everything we asked for was extra and not included in the standard package. Although skeptical, we met with Cetra and they explained their process and philosophy to us. They were not the cheapest, but we told them we would try it for a year.
