We recently moved offices and were concerned about what it might mean for our network. Keeran Networks went the extra mile to make sure our specific challenges were met throughout. As a non-profit, we appreciate how hard Keeran worked to make sure we were happy. It feels like we have a real relationship with them. We’re not just another number, not just another dollar sign. That means when an issue arises, we know Keeran will always have an effective resolution to keep us on track.
As insurance brokers, we have a unique combination of software and hardware that had proved difficult to support. Keeran Networks impressed us with their ability to understand our complex environment of third-party systems and internal procedures. They did extensive documentation to ensure that any staff member can handle our request, resulting in quicker resolution times. The Keeran One app allows us to have a formal method to request and track the opening and closing of tickets. It also allows some of the members of our team to view all tickets across the entire organization.
If I was to describe Keeran Networks with one word it would be “Transparency”. The owners and staff of Keeran Networks are always straightforward and to the point. When we ask for an opinion on the right way to handle an issue, we get the advice we need. We regularly review ticket counts, SLA and resolution times and survey results from our staff which helps us to identify ongoing issues and better ways to do what we do.With Keeran we have regular weekly site visits to take care of any IT needs as they arise. The regular onsite technicians are familiar with our team, our software and on-going needs which makes for quick issue resolution. Further, should an IT issue arise throughout the week, we are able to request support on demand which may be handled remotely or on site if required. Keeran also meets formally with us each quarter to discuss planning for future needs and address any questions or concerns we may have. Keeran provides exceptional service levels as they arise but are also proactive as they regularly plan for our future and manage our software and hardware to prevent issues from arising.
Keeran Networks has provided our company with IT infrastructure planning and maintenance for the past 8 years. Technology is an ongoing overhead expense. Keeran’s long-term perspective has allowed us to buy hardware and software with long-term value for cost and performance. Their maintenance, monitoring and update and backup services have allowed us to operate with absolutely minimal downtime.
