If they misconfigure a server, don’t install the right PCs, etc you will have to close your office days, weeks or even months!! Hire someone local who has people on the ground!!! “Reasons for leaving:
When I asked how to cancel service, rather than sending this email I am now responding to, or a manager calling me, multiple emails were sent within minutes on how to offboard.
Darkhorse sent a tech to my office over a week ago. This tech came in, ordered a monitor to which we were not having an issue with, fixed the button on our room 3 tower we WERE having the issue with and never ordered the button, which was the SOLE purpose of his visit. After NUMEROUS requests for this persons name so we could order this button, and then finally MULTIPLE requested calls for a supervisor call, none of these requests were fulfilled.
The utter lack of respect when we call and ask for a call back is beyond my capacity to fathom.
We paid you for a service call by some unknown vendor and we have zero return for that service call so that we can remedy what that person was sent to fix.”
