“I recently worked with OPUS for our MSP transition, and my experience was positive throughout the transition process. The accounts management team were very helpful, we face lot of challenges during the transition and with the help of their experienced team they made it very smooth. Their services include Cloud services, network management, Hardware solutions, and Technology support also I was impressed with their expertise in IT services. They completed timely delivery and prompt communication throughout the Transition process.

Opus were able to offer exactly what we needed. They demonstrated the proposed telephone system and offered us a range of handsets.
The installation was good, especially when we moved our London office recently. The Opus project management team were excellent and prepared weeks in advance. The system was moved out of hours at the weekend so that everything was up an running the day we arrived at the new office.
Opus have been great and everything has gone smoothly. Any issues we have had and I think there have been only two, which were related to the telephone exchange, have been dealt with very quickly and we have been kept well informed of the progress.
