DXC’s innovative aspect lies in two areas; its cloud computing technology and big data analytics technology.
We use many of the DXC Insurance RISKMASTER tools so differently, and there are many more tools now. I’m proud that we’re able to maintain a solid level of growth and meet expectations within our own company as we continue to upgrade through the process.
We chose DXC Insurance RISKMASTER because it was very user friendly, and the training that was offered was very service-based and a good fit for a small business just starting up.
As DXC Insurance RISKMASTER has evolved, we have grown and evolved with it.We have a lot of IT experts on staff, but we needed a partner for big data solutions and machine learning approaches. What we’re doing here has not been accomplished anywhere else. We’re glad we found such a partner.
We’ve been focused on store-based technology over the last several years. We put a lot of money in our point-of-sale and our back-office applications. DXC implemented and integrated and supported all those back-office integrations.
DXC has been with us since the beginning, and they’ve brought us immense value over the years in new ideas, new innovation. The Tops and DXC partnership is viewed internally as the preeminent partnership with any of our service providers.Working with DXC, we’ve accomplished more in the past three years than we had in the previous 20 years. The partnership has been fantastic, as they are able to provide us with resources that we weren’t able to ever have before. And as a result, our software has grown immensely.
