“R2 has been a trusted partner of the Miami Dolphins for years. Their engineering resources have transformed our communication work flows making us more efficient and collaborative.”

“We have the ability to reach into the R2 toolbox, which has all these diverse talents, when we need them. It gives us the ability to get second opinions on things.”

“R2 has been our go to IT Services provider for a couple of years now and they’re always there when we need them. They never cease to be fair, friendly, and forthright. They are a valued part of our team!”

“We have worked with R2 well over 10 years because of the personal touch they have placed on our relationship with them. The fact that Jamie still personally gets involved in projects with us speaks volumes to how serious R2 is about building long-term relationships with their clients!”

“R2 is exactly what we needed. A fair and ethical partner, that was not out for a quick buck but a longstanding partnership.”

“We did a lot of research deciding on how to implement a VDI project and came down to two solutions with different partners. Both solutions would work for us, but we ultimately decided to go with R2 because of the knowledge of their team. We feel it was the right decision and are now working with R2 on multiple other projects.”

“R2 have been a valued extension of our team for over a decade. I’ve worked with many MSPs over the years - none match R2’s skill or commitment to their customers. Their promise to “do right by the customer” isn’t just a slogan, it’s something every R2 employee lives every day. Anybody can sell you a solution; finding a true partner that’s there for the long haul is something special –that’s exactly what R2 bring to the table.”

“R2’s response time is amazing. When current vendors are quoting 2-3 day response times, R2 is able to bring engineers online and assist us to have issues fixed in hours as opposed to days.”

“R2 helped me take my network and security to the next level. I call on them for consulting and implementation that is beyond the scope of my IT Team or as additional resources to help achieve my goals quickly. R2 is truly my trusted partner. We look at them as an augmentation of our own IT department.”

“We've enjoyed working with the R2 team on a number of projects. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with”
