We have been using INC for many years now, they handle all our IT needs. They provide cost-effective solutions that are easy to work with. The ongoing support and availability of so many different qualified engineers have always been a plus. My account manager has been a pleasure to work with, quick responses and always follows up to ensure product functions and reliability from the INC team.
After searching for a new MSP, I found Integrated Network Concepts. They have fully enabled our network and give us the solutions we need. Integrated network Concepts fills the gap with individuals who have the knowledge and skills to keep my network up 24/7. There is a lot of talk out there about full service MSP providers, many are not doing this right. INC is an integral part of my business infrastructure and ultimately my success.
When IT issues are reported to Integrated Network Concepts they are followed up on and resolved as soon as possible. Communication is always clear. I would highly recommend working with Integrated Network Concepts. We have had nothing but great support and service from them for many years.
When I came onboard, we were using 5 MSPs across the state. I chose to solely standardize on INC, as they could provide not only the day to day services but also provide assistance with our long-term planning. We tend to be a bit hands-on in terms of self-service, and INC provides excellent products, advice, and they give us the level of support that augments our in-house abilities; without being pushy! Sales is very easy to work with; thank you Mike and LeRoy, and the couple of times we’ve had a serious issue, INC jumped in and bailed us out. I can honestly say that they are the best MSP I have worked with over my 35 year career.
