Planet has been critical to supply all our needs for our users and new hires coming through at short notice. We rely heavily on Planet to order the equipment and get it delivered to use. We also used Planet in our infrastructure build out to make our system more reliable. My team relies heavily on Planet to be able to do our jobs; we use them as a safety buffer.

Great service. Planet IT have worked with our internal IT team to create a reliable backup plan. They proactively monitor this and escalate any problems if needed. In addition, any ideas moving forward are always up for discussion and Planet IT is there to guide our company down the best route.
When I hired Planet, I told my colleagues I rated them 11/10 but as the partnership developed that has escalated to 20/10. Planet take the initiative and solve the problem before it occurs.
Planet’s Security as a Service platform is perfect! It gives me the peace of mind my security is being looked after by a qualified team.
