Shiny Networks completely refreshed our data and telephony network from design to implementation, their engineers installed and configured to our specification allowing us to move the business forward in a range of key commercial areas. Our new system is also supported by Shiny Networks but we rarely need their support, which allows us to keep our ongoing costs down and minimizes disruption to our working week.
Following years of problematic internet email, Shiny Networks implemented an innovative Cloud solution using hosted Microsoft Exchange. We now have a reliable, access-anywhere solution that I am confident was the correct choice for my business. Moreover I no longer have to worry about servers or internet issues affecting our communications.
Shiny Networks provided a brand new custom built IT system for our new purpose built facility in Westhill. The project was handled in a professional manner and was completed on time and within the proposed budget. This has not only improved the way we do business but has also helped our staff to be more efficient and provided them with flexibility using Citrix which we did not have before. Congratulations to Shiny Networks on a job well done and I look forward to many more years of business.
