1-Fix provides a top service, with a very smooth transition. They’re able to provide confidence, in-hand and peace of mind.
They are almost an extension of the business. They were instrumental in setting up our London office, they have saved us time and money and hand on heart, I would absolutely recommend them.
It’s so easy these days, we just call the 1-Fix team about anything to do with IT. We relocated to new premises in July 2019 and it was much less daunting than it would have been before, as we knew that all our systems would keep running. The set-up was pretty much instantaneous.
We have a need for regular maintenance, but we also have the occasional urgent callout. The bulk of our support is done either over the phone or by remote access to the PC that needs attention. However, if it can’t be resolved this way and we need an engineer on site, it’s a seamless process and we don’t need to start explaining the situation all over again to another person. It makes life much easier.
It does exactly what we want. We didn’t want to have to keep downloading the latest update, and although implementing the new software has required almost daily support from users in the early days, it has posed no problems. 1-Fix are very knowledgeable and it’s nice to know they’re there. We know that if we have a major disaster, it can be dealt with very quickly by technical experts
