In a previous life I was head of finance and corporate services with my previous employer, a long-standing TMB customer. I always had a great service and got on well with TMB’s managers and the guys on the ground. When I joined the Arts Society and it was clear that we needed a new approach, the only thought in my mind was to call TMB. On the helpdesk side of things, all users are very happy with TMB, and I’ve got a lot of internal credit for bringing them in.
I’ve worked with TMB for a long time. I think both sides have a really open honest relationship and understand each other.I spoke to TMB and they were absolutely brilliant. They are so patient and they clearly explained what I needed to do. There is always someone on the helpdesk to talk to, and they will sort out a problem right away.
TMB have totally exceeded my expectations on this project. The team showed great understanding of some very technical issues. The quality of service was of the highest standard, and I was particularly impressed by the prompt support that was readily available.
We trust TMB to steer us in the right direction with regard to our choice of software. Their input was fundamental in our decision to upgrade, and we had 100% confidence in their abilities to manage the project.
TMB have been looking after our IT needs for the last six years. They have a great support team who know our system, and nothing is a problem for them. Always a speedy response from support. They have also been a great help with our cyber security.
