We wanted to make certain that our network was set up in a way that we wouldn’t need to constantly call for support. Our IT issues dropped off considerably when we made the move to JTT.

Nine times out of ten the support desk can handle our support issues without having to send someone on premise, but they are very good about sending a resource on site promptly to fix when needed. They help us to find the right equipment and resource at the right price point.

Without JTT, I would have been up for over 48 hours trying to make those preparations. JTT worked through the night so I could go home and get some sleep.
