“We have been attempting to cancel our services with Wavenet for several months now, and the entire experience has gone far beyond frustrating—it has become completely unacceptable. Despite making repeated efforts through every reasonable channel available, including numerous phone calls, countless emails, and ongoing written correspondence, we have received no meaningful progress, no resolution, and no clear communication.
Each time we try to engage, we are either ignored, passed from one department to another, or left waiting without any follow-up. It feels as though there is no accountability, no ownership of the issue, and no urgency whatsoever in resolving what should be a straightforward request. The amount of time and energy we have had to spend chasing this has been excessive and entirely avoidable if proper customer service processes were in place.
At this stage, leaving a negative review feels like the only remaining option to get any form of attention. However, after reading through other reviews from customers who appear to have experienced very similar issues, it is deeply concerning that this pattern seems to persist without improvement. That raises serious questions about how seriously customer feedback is actually taken and whether there is any genuine commitment to resolving ongoing problems.
To any business owner considering working with Wavenet, my strong advice would be to proceed with extreme caution. Do your own thorough research before committing. In our experience, it is far safer to choose a provider with the scale, structure, and customer support systems necessary to handle issues efficiently and professionally. Based on what we—and many others—have experienced, Wavenet does not inspire confidence or trust in this regard.
Wavenet, if you are reading this, I urge you to take immediate action. Review my account, identify the outstanding request, and make direct contact as a matter of urgency. The lack of response up to this point is unacceptable, and this situation needs to be resolved without any further delay.”“We had a dedicated leased line with them for 5 years - and experienced more dropouts than I care to remember. Naturally, I gave WRITTEN notice in March 2024 to cancel all contracts, which were due to end in March 2025. That notice was sent to our account manager and the ceases team directly. That’s 12 months’ notice, well beyond their 3-month minimum (miss that and they’ll auto-renew you into another 3-year term).
Fast forward to July 2025 - they’re still debiting our account, even though we haven’t received any services for 4 months. I’ve raised about a dozen tickets, contacted our former account manager directly - still no refund, no answers, no accountability.
And today? I’m finally told it’s because I didn’t submit a “cease form” - a form no one at Wavenet ever sent or even mentioned for over a year until 2 months after our contract ended! Absolutely staggering.
To top it off, I recently got an email saying we’d been put on a free trial of cybersecurity software, and that if I didn’t respond, they’d just add it to our contract. What contract?! We’ve cancelled everything. We never asked for this product. This is a blatant attempt to upsell under the radar.
Wavenet’s operations are chaotic, communication is non-existent, and the whole experience has been beyond frustrating. If you want reliability, transparency, and basic competence - look elsewhere.
If your idea of great service is endless hold music followed by conversations with people who have no idea what they’re doing, then Wavenet is a perfect fit.
