“Thank goodness we are with Focus Technology. They called me at 8am to let me know that there were issues with the broadband and met me when I got to site. We found out that the broadband company we use had disconnected our business by mistake. Focus set us up with back up systems and had internet connected before the end of the day. The system they set up was faster and more robust than the original broadband which ended up being disconnected for about 2 weeks. 10/10 recommend. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The majority of our IT issues are solved by the end of the day.”
