Do not even considering working with or signing a contract with this company. They are horrible in every aspect. We've had SIP trunks with them for years. Their support is horrible, extremely slow, and overall does not understand how to communicate whatsoever. Unfortunately, we signed a contract with them due to a time constraint, and they have done everything in their power along the lay to leave us hanging, break promises, and leave us for dead. They are a horrible company. Stay away at all costs!
