Having previously owned and run an IT and Communications business for 15 years its fair to say our standards were set very high when looking for a new IT provider for our Energy Consulting business. Compex IT have exceeded all our expectations and are a brilliant company to work with who communicate in a friendly proactive manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Compex have provided us with a fantastic service during the Coronavirus lockdown. Without any great preparation all fee-earners were able to work from home using the existing IT set up by Compex, so they were ahead of the game without us realising it. They have dealt with everything which came up quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Highly recommended.
For us, the prospect of lockdown came just as our office internet provider (and back up service) suffered a major fail. It couldn’t have been a more difficult situation.
Fortunately, we had our ‘4th emergency service’ on hand to help. Mark and the team solved every problem we sent their way. They procured and set up new devices, solved our internet issues with some creative thinking and taught us all to be Teams experts - miraculously, with extreme patience and good humour!
When the full lockdown came, we were all set up and ready to go. We have continued to work successfully from home – with our occasional blip or query solved quickly by our Compex friends.
Working with CompexIT is like having a very good in-house IT department that are always there for us whether it be a day to day issue, new hardware or advising on the longer term.
The guys were brilliant at setting us up to work at home as a result of the virus and have been on hand to help with any questions and help us with Zooming!!!

The need to move to home working seemed very straightforward to us, but I know behind the scenes, Compex paid a lot of attention to detail and committed to sorting problems before we even knew there had been a problem.

It was almost seamless and we lost zero work time because of this crisis. They provided hints and tips every day from outset on operating remotely and as we changed how we worked, they have helped us initiate an online advice solution for our business.
