We are a services provider located in Rosemont, IL that recently formed a partnership with Proven IT. Our print production is time critical and implementing 2 Océ Titans, has given us the ability to meet very tight deadlines. This Production Equipment is really impressive. Proven not only provided the machines but has helped create an accounting tool for our print environment. We look forward to working with Proven on our technology initiatives.

Proven IT is a special partner to Sertoma Centre. It goes far beyond the great service and support they provide on our printers and copiers. Tory, Chris and Zach all serve on our boards and they have helped us plan events, raise funds, and support the growth of our organization. For several years now, Proven IT has been the primary sponsor for our main annual fundraiser, the BIG Event. Many of their employees volunteered their time and talents and to help us make it more successful each year. They go as far as to dress up as Santa and an Elf for our consumers each year!

Proven IT has been great in understanding our challenges and working with our budget. They are flexible and were able to optimize our existing printer and copier fleet and upgrade our technology to be more efficient. Proven’s implementation team even worked with us to change out a new copier and revise the lease for a model that we had not anticipated had certain capacity limitations in our Police records area with very little trouble and fanfare! I recommend working with Brian Badke – he’s always checking in on us and is quick to respond when we need assistance.
