Fuse Networks is a true partner to my firm!

Thank you Fuse! I was preparing for our quarterly Managing Director and Board meetings, and it was critical for me to get into our accounting software. As always, Phil was on it and got the issue resolved quickly!

With Fuse Networks assistance we recently migrated our legacy on premises PBX system to a modern, cloud-based hybrid Fuse VoIP and MS Teams system. Fuse Networks proposal was very comprehensive and addressed all our business needs and operational requirements. As a result, we were able to save on initial investment costs and ongoing costs as well as gain much needed failover redundancy, flexibility, and scalability. From end user perspective, users are very contented with telecommunication devices, MS Teams integration and Fuse overall customer service. As an organization, we are very happy that we selected Fuse Networks as our telecommunication partner.
