In 2019 we met with Taran to discuss options and Solutions to improve our IT Infrastructure. We were currently running a thin client solution which was very slow and unreliable. Taran looked at our Infrastructure and options, and recommended migration to their Cloud Hosting portal called Cirrus. They did not charge us for the migration and labour, and all of our infrastructure was moved across to their platform free of charge. Our concern of disruption to the business whilst the transferring of one system to another system was quickly reassured by such a smooth transfer. We also opted for a set fee for monthly IT support to cover all of our offices and hosting in the Cloud enabled us to clearly see the ROI without the normal large upfront investment for servers. We have upgraded our lease lines to fibre, which has allowed us to move to VOIP solutions and centralised systems. If we have an issue, we are able to contact the helpdesk or our account manager and receive instantaneous support either remotely or via an on-site visits. The staff are knowledgeable in all IT solutions, and assist us with fast and friendly support. Taran care about their customer’s and we have found that they value our business as a client. I would not hesitate to recommend Taran for any of your IT requirements or MSP support.
