We needed to complete an urgent objective forensic ICT investigation for a highly sensitive matter. We reached out to NetStrategy, and they were onsite within 24 hours, working consistently and effectively to provide resolution within a 5-day turnaround. Throughout the process, the NetStrategy team were extremely responsive with excellent communication skills – helping our team feel calm and confident that the project was going to be delivered on time, to the high level of diligence we needed.
NetStrategy was awesome. We had an out of the box request, doing something not done often, and they met all the KPIs. They turned the solution around quickly and met tight timeframes. Their team stayed nimble and flexible, solving unforeseen challenges on the fly. And, the pricing was on point.

We’d been investigating multi-factor authentication (MFA) for staff for a considerable period of time. However, when our insurance company gave us only four months to implement MFA – we needed a vendor that would get the job done on time and on budget. Not only did NetStrategy execute MFA across the school three weeks ahead of the deadline – they did so smoothly, and at a lower cost than the other vendors we’d looked at.
