While issues with technology will always be present as it is simply the nature of the product, no longer in the VCSC is this a major concern or one with which is constantly on the minds of all. As a superintendent, when I hear nothing, I know that all is well. I cannot say that this was the case in the past, as every time that I walked into a building or a meeting, technology was always at the forefront of people’s minds and wanting to discuss issues. Today the issues have turned to quiet, or oftentimes, to that of hearing praise. With this stated, I give The AME Group my highest recommendation!
Our biggest pain point with other IT providers has been customer service, but not with The AME Group. They are very responsive to all issues, even simple information requests, and low priority items. The amount of time saved in monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting IT information has been tremendous. The tools for security, windows updates, anti-virus, intrusion detection are all using cutting-edge technology. The customer service is competent and reliable, and the salespeople are honest and trustworthy. They are big enough to cover all your needs but small enough to create a plan just for you.
We appreciate those AME team members who are assigned to our account for their knowledge, trustworthiness, response time, and dependability that aid in our ability to serve our customers.
AME has delivered exactly what they said they would from their initial presentation, the highest quality service in supporting all of our IT needs with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
