When moving to the cloud, the customer service we received was just excellent, from the first day, Radius was prompt in dealing with problems head-on. They did whatever needed to be done.
When we all went home in March, it only took ten minutes on the phone to be set up to work from home. It was brilliant to have that flexibility to shift to home working so quickly.
We engaged Radius Technologies to carry out a cyber audit so we could become Cyber Essentials compliant. They undertook a Pre Assessment and identified a range of small changes that were needed and brought us to where we needed to be to obtain the certification. The engineering team were very helpful and supportive, taking the time to ensure we understood what was required. The whole process was easy from start to finish and took less time than we had expected. We definitely feel safer now.
