I was helped immediately, walked through the process of what would be the best value and product for what I needed, and after the new computer was purchased, the help we got from the technician was amazing. He helped transfer everything I needed to the new computer, configured my networks and details therein, was patient with me, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Thought, time, and energy were put into making sure I was confident with the new system before he left, but he even followed up the next week to make sure all was well. We are beyond appreciative for all that Resource Computer Solutions has done for us.
