Beginning in Christmas 2016, EVENT Hospitality & Entertainment engaged Blue Crystal Solutions for 5 weeks to provide “Blue Lagoon” services over the Christmas period. This was primarily a backfill consultancy effort, however BCS also used this opportunity to investigate and make recommendation in support of our reporting database, to achieve best practice. In addition, BCS refined and automated aspects of our environment, all-inclusive of the backfill service provided.
