Primisys has been managing our IT services for over 2 years now. We couldn’t be more pleased with their level of concern for our company. In that time they have installed a new server, implemented a new offsite backup system and taken responsibility for most of our system maintenance. All of this was, and continues to be, completed on or ahead of schedule with very minimal impact to our work flow. In addition to those major items, I also apreciate their quick response for any issues that may occur with our system hardware or software. I have great faith in Primysis to provide the knowledge and response to keep our critical infrastructure up to date and running efficiently.
Cascadia Wealth Management has used Primisys now for a few years, they have built computers for us, set up our internet system, as well as help us every time we have encountered an issue we can't resolve on our own, quickly and efficiently. We had another little issue this morning (before 8am) and Dave was at our office right away and had the issue resolved before 8:30am. Thank you!
As the procurement agent for a highly technology-dependant business, I went out on a limb and tried "the local guys" (Primisys) for a couple workstations. Super-competitive pricing on both mid-grade and high end HP and Lenovo notebooks with the "Big Box": and internet stores, but with the bonus of having a knowledgeable and eloquent local contacts, who actually answer up the phones and reply to RFQ emails in a clear and concise manner. Since then I've turned to Primisys for all of my company's hardware needs.
Farnham Electric has been with Primisys since April 2005. Primisys has been our sole aid with computer/server upgrading, networking, internet issues, system operations, computer/server crashes, off site backups, and etc. They are always extremely quick to respond when needed so that we can continue running our business.
A few years ago our growing business was in need of a server to speed up systems and increase security. Primisys gave us a fair price and top of the line equipment, installed everything, set up all the permissions and work stations and had us up and running in no time. Since then we have used them for all of our IT service and hardware purchases along the way. They are always quick to respond and take pride in their work and best of all they don’t sell the cheap junk like the big box stores. A great local business with honest people, I would highly recommend them to any business large or small.
Primisys has been doing our IT work since 2010. As a non-profit it is important to us to keep costs down and have alternative solutions presented. Primisys has done just that! We appreciate their fast, friendly service and willingness to work with us to find alternate solutions.
