TeamMIS has been a vital partner for us for the past 20 years. They have expertly assisted with a variety of things - network planning and management, server setup and configuration, on-prem Exchange, enterprise backup solutions, and more. They are my go-to when I get stuck, and their response time has been excellent throughout the years. I highly recommend them.
I like the personal attention we receive from MIS. I know that I am not their only client however they always make me feel as if I am. I typically deal with Mike, however even when its someone else I always feel like they are doing everything they can to help.
This happened even before we were a client of MIS. Our email server died Friday afternoon and our current IT provider at the time said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday. This wasn’t acceptable because I needed email running. I contacted MIS and they had a technician onsite the next morning (Saturday), diagnosed the problem and provided a solution to restore our email. Email was restored, and I have been a client of MIS ever since.
We have worked with MIS since June 2006 when our practice elevated to the next level/ generation of IT applications. This included expanding our network, implementing several new software applications (i.e., practice management system, PACS, voice recognition and RIS)and opening a new imaging center (all within 3-4 weeks). MIS was instrumental in the design, set-up and integration of all components of this process. Their expertise, responsiveness and desire to assure our success exceeded our expectations in all areas.
Last year our company experienced significant technical problems with our server. TeamMIS worked with us day and night over the course of a week to help us get our data restored and our new server working. The day we implemented our new server, we added the Premium Services monitoring to protect ourselves in the future. This service provides me with the peace of mind knowing that TeamMIS is watching my network and systems 24/7 and responding to issues that may arise.
