The Root Group has a full compliment of Professional Services for IT Infrastructure that are available through 4 different engagement methodologies; General Service Contract, Project Based, Best Available, and Co-Managed Services. The General Services Contract offers the lowest price, greatest availability and the most flexibility because it is based on a committed weekly or monthly schedule. The Project Based engagement is defined by a Statement of Work (SOW) and is collaboratively developed with our clients to deliver a specific deliverable in a specific timeframe. The Best Available service provides engineering resources in the best available timeframe for short engagements or urgent service issues. Co-Managed Services are focused on integrating with your team to provide higher-level tier 3 and 4 expertise support.
