About the role
As the Service Delivery Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will:
- Establish and communicate clear project goals and baselines against scope and timeline
- Work with technical resources to break down project work, schedule resources, and plan realistic delivery dates.
- Drive project execution, supervise project and service delivery, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with improving application of project management across the wider team.
- Coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.

Skills
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills:
- Capable of negotiating requirements with clients and managing staff to achieve these outcomes.
- Practical service delivery management including Service Management tools; experience with ConnectWise would be an advantage.
- An ability to establish rapport, maintain, and build relationships with team members, clients including management level
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or a technical background is desirable.
