About the role

As an innovative Solutions Architect reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

• Be responsible for leading the practice, and introducing the overall technical vision, for a particular solution or project
• Develop and implement IT systems that will meet client’s business needs
• Gathering the requirements, operational specifications and assessing existing systems in place in order to identify areas of improvement
• Be competent in the design and development of SOWs, whilst maintaining the ability to integrate additions and or changes
• Ensure clear communication around project processes and working with clients to develop processes
• Manage and deliver client training and user enablement upon completion of projects
• Achieve KPI's and have accountability for regularly updating internal systems & reports whilst aligning to sales targets to support the sales process
• Act closely with the suppliers within the NetStrategy Product portfolio, aligning with the technical and sales program capability requirements
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or proven equivalent experience, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering, software architecture design and project management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to assess the business impact that certain technical choices have as well as inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
