Duties

In this role, you will work with senior people within our client, executing and delivering IT projects. You will be the key liaison between our client and First Focus, ensuring that the client is receiving the services they need, delivered in a way that answer our client's business needs, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring projects progress.

Requirements

We seek a unique person to act as an Project Manager within one of our larger clients, owning the execution of of a number of their projects. The right person for this role must bring these non-negotiables to the table:

  • You must be able to manage stakeholders and priorities to effectively complete their projects while adhering to our clients project management methodology
  • You must be literate and capable across the spectrum of IT infrastructure in use inside large and mid sized businesses - software, security, Unified Communications etc.
  • You must be able to demonstrate success owning and enhancing the relationship between an external service provider (in this case, First Focus) and their client

  • You must have a driving passion for helping people understand and use technology within their business. You’ll deliver key technical advice to our customer and be their trusted advisor.
