- JBTech is a one stop IT shop for all your IT and technology needs. We started as a PC builder back in late 1993 and followed our clients needs as they developed. We followed our clients' needs when they wanted networking in 1996 as PC growth accelerated before Y2K. When 2000 started clients wanted us to be onsite as well to help them at their location and we were happy to grow with them. In 2008 when the economy was having trouble, we helped our clients' maintain their networks remotely and address budget issues with the economic uncertainty by adding MSP or Network Managed Services to our stack. Soon after in 2012 we added cloud services so that we could effectively backup our clients' important data and develop a solid disaster recovery service. In 2015 and 2016 we started our datacenter... service and helped clients work from anywhere they wanted and we were early adopters of work from home which worked out when Covid happened in 2020. Covid also pushed us into cyber-security due to the always on, always available from anywhere, multiple devices world that we found ourselves in. And today we are honing all of our services to be the best MSP in the Greater St. Louis and Metro East area.
We answer our phones live so that you get fast support, we get you to a tech quickly so your frustration level goes down quickly, we resolve your issue quickly because our techs are constantly training and learning from each other from our tech buddy system and we help will all your equipment, phones, printers, break/fix, servers, cloud, remote workers.
