Having been a customer of LAN Support for a number of years we would gladly recommend their services. They are able to recommend and provide services suitable to our needs. The helpdesk team is top-notch and have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable to assist us in resolving any issues, big or small.
We have been a customer of Lan Support for a year now and have already recommended to several people. Fantastic support at all times. Recently Charles went above and beyond, helping us with a very complicated security questionnaire which was needed for an important new client. The helplines are always answered promptly. Its easy to raise a ticket for an enquiry or assisted help, and If required they can access you computer at quick speed and take over.
All the staff are so friendly, helpful and what I find is the most important attribute is that they are so patient .
They have supported us over 7 years and in that time have covered a wide spectrum of issues. They have recently migrated us from a server to the cloud with very little interruption to our daily working.
