We transitioned our Managed IT Services to Centrex just a few months before Covid shut everything down and would not have been able to navigate all of the IT related changes that followed without their partnership and guidance. Their team is personable and professional at all levels of service & they are a pleasure to work with.

Centrex provides IT support for our non-profit organization. My experience over the last 3 years has been excellent with all of their company representatives. I recently had an issue with being able to access my files through our VPN and Robert handled that late in the day as soon as I requested assistance. This allowed me to work from home the following day without any issues. He is always awesome!

The issue was resolved immediately after I put in the request with our Help Desk . Josue T. is very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with.

It's been a pleasure working with the entire Centrex team! Fernando is AMAZING! He has been designated as our on-site technician and I am so happy because the last few times he was here, he really maximized his time in completing a lot of work. Always friendly, kind and courteous, hard working, respectful of others time and extremely professional. His colleagues Jose, Alex, Bernat and Eric are also greatly appreciated and always quick to help!

Amazing Service! The customer service goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of at the earliest convenience. Jacob gave us A+ service troubleshooting our issues in office. Overall great company!

Quite note of thanks -- CentrexIT tech was recently on-site to diagnose an issue for a colleague and I mentioned a situation that I was having. Tim let me know that he was scheduled up for the day and offered to swing back by at the end of his day. True to his word, he showed up and was able to get things sorted out.

Centrex IT has been very dependable and effective. I had a issue with my computer recently and worked with Alex to resolve it. Alex was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and professional. 11/10 would recommend.

We've utilized Centrex for our IT support for years. They are knowledgeable and responsive. I had a recent issue after an upgrade that Marshall was able to resolve. He quickly found the problem and was able to get me back up and running quickly. Also, Eric and Jose take great care of our company.
