You can tell pretty quickly when a company places your interests first or their own. Optimal established a level of trust immediately in three ways: demonstrating technical expertise; doing what they say they’re going to do; and not always looking to sell us the latest technology, just because it’s available. This level of trust is critical because it means I can truly treat them as an extension of my staff—and one that doesn’t need much direction because they really get our business and the way we work.
With Office 365, I was talking to a helpdesk representative in a remote location that had no concept of what our organization did or what we needed. With Optimal-Sphere, I call and talk to a real live person, usually someone I’ve met, who knows our organization and understands our computing environment. Plus, quarterly, a friendly Optimal engineer comes to our office to take care of anything that needs to be addressed on-site— and deal with any user issues. All clouds are not created equal. OptimalSphere has exceeded our expectations and delivered peace of mind. We no longer have to worry about our network, hardware, and software, and that is liberating.
I wanted our cloud infrastructure in place and accessible from any location so that when we move, our downtime will be limited.
Many of us took advantage of this during the snow days we experienced in D.C. this winter. OptimalSphere’s Hosted Desktop experience is more reliable and seamless than any other remote login experience, which translates as increased productivity for our staff.
