Through their network analysis and robust training, we have been able to ensure we are operating under a best-practice cybersecurity strategy. RaRMS engaged Diamond IT to develop and implement a database integration tool. The integration tool automated the process for importing clinical notes from Healthdirect Australia’s after-hours GP service into the patient database used by RaRMS. We found the Diamond IT Project team to be very knowledgeable, capable, great to work with, and committed to achieving the Project timeline. We’d happily work with Diamond IT again for any project requiring similar database expertise.

Samaritans worked with Diamond IT to build a new Intranet System for hundreds of staff across 5 geographical regions. The customer service from the software development team was excellent and any issues were responded to promptly.
